- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in education, higher education administration, counseling, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master’s Degree in education, higher education administration, counseling, or a related field.
- Required: Three (3) years of experience in instruction, counseling, student services, library, enrollment management or other student support services; or, three (3) years of successful management experience in educational administration.
- Supervise the Student Support Services TRIO grant Coordinator (Project Director) and grant budget ensuring that performance measures are attained.
- Coordinate QUEST scholarship and student activities with Dumas ISD and Dumas Education Foundation as well as the JBS Better Futures scholarship program with JBS USA.
