- The Assistant Contract Administrator will support the Woods System of Care (WSOC) Contracts Department and will work closely with the Contracts team and other key supportive departments such as Legal, Human Resources, Admissions, Executive Administration, Finance, Credentialing and Purchasing.
- Reports on key performance indicators (data, trends, thresholds) of compliance, quality of internal and external customer service to (1) measure successes and (2) opportunities for improvement.
- Works closely with Licensing and Accreditation management to ensure that any changed requirement is reflected in pre-contracting and provider enrollment documentation (e.g. revised procedures due to a regulatory change).
- Maintains the Contracts Administrative manual (for internal division and external FAQs for staff who work with Contracts and Provider Enrollment) to ensure it is always up to date.
