- Responsible for juvenile and felony case prosecutions in all of the courts and the corresponding legal research, drafting and review of legal pleadings related to assigned cases.
- Prosecutes felony criminal cases in General District Court and Circuit Court including homicides, robberies, narcotics, firearm offenses, and gang activity.
- Prosecutes misdemeanor cases in General District Court (and appeals in Circuit Court) including DUI, shoplifting, and firearm-related offenses.
- Qualifications Graduation from an accredited law school with an LLB or JD degree and licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
