- Responsible for branch operations, meeting branch operational goals, and assisting with sales goals.
- Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g. Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc.
- In addition to, or in the absence of, the Branch Manager, the Assistant Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including, but not limited to, addressing customer issues and staff issues.
- Exercises officer responsibilities of the branch including, but not limited to, processing daily overdrafts, signing authority, system overrides, and staffing needs.
- Provides professional service to our customers or prospective customers, in person, via phone, online chat or virtually (video).
