- Selected candidate will exhibit a desire to teach at the undergraduate level, but may also be required to teach graduate courses.
- Candidates are expected to have a doctoral degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Organizational Behavior, or a closely related field (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations).
- Must provide evidence, either by record or potential, of ability to produce scholarly publications in the fields of Human Resource Management and/or Management.
