- This is an exciting opportunity for a person with + years of experience in consulting or water/wastewater utility asset management experience to join Brown and Caldwell’s growing Utility Performance consulting team.
- sciences, economics, business, or related fieldA minimum of years’ experience in consulting and engineering services including project delivery for water and wastewater municipal clients and creating and delivering asset management business practices and programs to water utilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective presentations with clients and develop and deliver written documents.
- The ability to successfully deliver projects in a collaborative fashion and interface with Brown and Caldwell’s local, regional, and national water and wastewater practitioners as well as help mentor junior staff.
- Significant knowledge and experience in helping clients develop the foundational elements of asset management programs including level of service, asset inventory and hierarchy, data management practices and tools, risk determination through consequence and likelihood of failure analysis, condition assessment methodologies and strategies, maintenance strategy development, capital program justification and prioritization, and performance metrics including long term capital planning.
- Knowledge of or experience with condition assessment methods and strategiesProven understanding of environmental and regulatory drivers for clients and projectsExperience and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Project, and Power BIUnderstanding of functionality and use of various CMMS systemsProven track record of successfully delivering on time and on budget while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
