- The Area Manager will handle key aspects of practice administration, including but not limited to team development, clinical and business metrics accomplishment, and culture / core values.
- The Area Manager will serve as a conduit of information from the Central Business Office out to their assigned area.
- The Area Manager will also work hand-in-hand as a dyad partner with the Area Medical Director, Vice President of Operations and with cross functional teams to address MRA, Quality, compliance, medical cost utilization, and patient growth.
- Create and implement action plans for improvements and report results/plan actions to Vice President of Operations.
- Work with cross functional leaders to maintain best in class capabilities for clinical chart reviews, HCC coding and Medicare Advantage and Fee-for-service claims submission.
