- The Area Manager (AM) is responsible for overseeing the merchandising of four or more Home Depot Garden Centers in a District.
- Responsibilities include merchandising to company standards, implementing store promotions, setting weekly ads, working in conjunction with their District Manager to monitor inventory levels, ensure inventory accuracy, and support the on-boarding and coaching of new-hires while achieving sales objectives within a timely manner.

- Assist the District Manager and HR Generalist as needed in the recruitment and hiring exceptional talent to meet staffing needs.
- Manage issues relating to Garden Center maintenance and safety.
