- The Architect and Facilities Supervisor position is within the Administrative Services Office (ASO) and reports directly to the Assistant Circuit Executive for Administrative Services.
- The incumbent performs professional and supervisory work related to the design and project management of courthouse construction, renovation, remodeling and tenant alteration projects, as well as the day-to-day building and property management.
- The Architect and Facilities Supervisor serves as a first-line supervisor over one or more employees and ensures compliance with appropriate guidelines, policies, and internal controls.
- CL-29 ($94,359 to $153,366): Candidates must possess at least three years of progressively responsible specialized experience that provided knowledge of rules, regulations, and terminology in at least one but preferably two or more of the functional areas of space and facilities management such as architecture, project management, interior design, engineering, and facilities management.
- CL-30 ($111,507 to $181,228): Candidates must possess at least four years of progressively responsible specialized experience that provided knowledge of rules, regulations, and terminology in at least one but preferably two or more of the functional areas of space and facilities management such as architecture, project management, interior design, engineering, and facilities management.
