- The Aquatics Director is responsible for preparing and administering the Aquatics Operations, coordinating swim lessons, and ensuring compliance to the grant-funded water-related components.
- In addition, the Aquatics Director will manage the Aquatics staff to include training staff and ensure that all safety and risk management procedures are followed.
- Provide Camp Director a list of campers who have passed the swim skills and would be able to participate in other aquatic components.
- Identify campers who need additional swimming instruction and work with the Camp Director and WSI staff to implement lessons.
- Assist Camp Director with scheduling program activities, rainout rescheduling, transition plans, and participating in field trips.
