- Under direct supervision of the Aquatics Supervisor or designee, the Aquatics Coordinator performs a wide variety of customer service, administrative, and operational duties for The Cove at The Lakefront®.
- The Aquatics Coordinator must be highly motivated and strive for success by creating a culture of servant leadership and demonstrating Little Elm's Core Values of Integrity, Customer Service, Efficiency, and Innovation.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in recreation, leisure studies, physical education, public administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Must possess Lifeguard Instructor (LGI) certification within 60 days from date of employment.
- Serves as Manager on Duty by opening/closing the facility and ensuring protocols are followed for building security and patron/staff safety.
