- Consistently maintains a clean and well organized kitchen at all times.
- Develops, maintains and enhances positive relations with all customers and employees.
- Receives ongoing training, technical direction and guidance from the Pastry Chef, Baker, Chief Steward, Garde Manger Chef, Pantry Chef de Partie, Banquet Sous Chef, Tournant Chef, and/or Executive Sous Chef.
