- Gross Residential is currently seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to oversee support to a national footprint of property managers, responding to incoming client questions and requests regarding the Company's software systems, including OneSite by RealPage, Active Building/Resident Portals, Market Analytics, RUM Utility Management, Apartment IQ, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with any of the following would add extra value, but is not required: iSolved Human Capital Management, Sage 300 Accounting, RealPage Accounting.
- Help Desk Ticket Troubleshooting, Customer Service Skills, On-site experience is very valuable but not required.
- Experience in Yardi or Entrata would be very transferable.
- Property Management experience (Business Manager, Assistant Manager/ Bookkeeper/Leasing Manager)
