- Conducts entry level to complex antitrust and related litigation in both state and federal courts
- Initiates and conducts antitrust and related law investigations, including directing investigator and economist activity
- Performs all phases of civil litigation of antitrust cases including the drafting of petitions, motions, pleadings, orders, briefs, discovery, and memorandum
