- The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Performance Management Team supports IPO-230 division by assessing enterprise-wide portfolio performance, developing assessments products, and providing management recommendations.
- Key Responsibilities: Support Department of the Navy (DoN) and Department of Defense (DoD) security cooperation, security assistance and foreign military sales assessments, staff organization, and administrative requirements.
- Analyze enterprise-wide foreign military sales case development and execution data, identify indicator metrics, and make policy, programs, and performance recommendations.
- Qualifications Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Qualifying Experience Additional 4 years of experience is required to offset a Bachelor’s Degree Experience: Minimum 4 years' of direct experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) At least 2 years of overall professional experience required within SA/FMS programs, international cooperative programs/export licensing arena, or acquisition areas.
- This includes experience in areas such as: international training, C41, EW, FMS sales, engineering and logistics support, international relations, international marketing, foreign disclosure, equipment integration and procurement, case development and execution, equipment releasability, DoN level programs, Defense Security Assistance Management System, and support strategic initiatives.
