- A member of the Division of World Languages, Literatures, and Cultures (DWLLC) main office staff, this position serves as the American Sign Language (ASL) on site interpreter.
- Support DWLLC Staff Program Coordinator with administrative duties as assigned, including, but not limited to: Budgetary needs for additional ASL Interpreter requests throughout the year.
- Partner with DWLLC Staff Program Coordinator to host ASL Chat. DWLLC Staff Program Coordinator and ASL Faculty Program Coordinator to develop and organize a silent weekend.
- Strategic Planning Support DWLLC Staff Program Coordinator with the coordination/preparation of strategic plans in relation to ASL interpreter needs.
- Support DWLLC Staff Program Coordinator with recommendations to DWLLC Operations Specialist for areas of improvement and growth regarding compliance standards for facilities and classrooms equipped for ASL instruction, faculty office use, and ASL studio as assigned.
