- 1 Answers, responds to, and helps customers and patrons using the airport with all manner of questions, inquiries, or concerns; provides direction, insight, and information for airport operations, services, and other resources; handles and addresses noise complaints and other issues from the surrounding community and neighborhoods.
- 3 Assists, supports, and helps airlines with various requests, fuel or lavatory spill calls, custodial spills, and appropriate reporting methods for incidents; effectively uses communications software and systems to send messages to personnel and handle personnel or patron situations.
- 6 Acts as liaison between the department and the tenants to provide information and service to tenants regarding the use of airport facilities; responds to inquiries regarding airport policy, airport tenants, and airport operations; answers TSA related questions and directs individuals to appropriate resources for further information.
- 7 Responds effectively to alerts and emergency situations; uses communications software to ensure all necessary parties and agencies are notified; effectively coordinates communications and information sharing to mitigate the effect of a situation on airport operations.
