- The position is responsible for delivering business results and providing functional and technical expertise on Agency sales processes while serving as the chief marketing officer within the market.
- Drive sales through greater prospecting and, appointment setting along with cross-sell and up-sell to our target middle market customers and prospects.
- Work with Staff Managers and Financial Representatives to schedule appointments to network and prospect with current and prospective clients, small businesses, community groups, as well as build relationships with local affinity groups.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management detailing, sales production results, recruitment activity, agent retention, and new client acquisition.
