- The AGC Quality Manager assists in documenting and executing the Grain Company's Quality Programs for two locations in collaboration with the Corporate Quality and Food Safety Director, the AGC Lab/QC Supervisor, the AGC Quality & Food Safety Coordinator and each site's Plant Management for their effective execution in production operations.
- Participate in annual SQF Program validations and annual internal Q&FS management systems audit.
- Oversee AGC Quality programs, specifically: Annual Monitoring of Product Quality (Heavy Metals, Pesticides, Nutritional, Mycotoxins, etc.)
- Annual testing proficiency (LPP) amongst staff, In-house & NeogenAllergen Program: product matrix documentation, verification and validation testing; GMP compliance;Internal Inspections and associated corrective actions;Risk Assessments, as needed;Production document review and CCP/PC verifications; Non-GMO; andKosher.
- Support Grain Incidents & Loss (IL) program: track, manage, and document investigations for customer complaints and identified issues; assist in conducting investigations for all quality deviations, populate Corrective Action Reports (CAR), as needed.
