- Carry out the philosophies and wishes of the Owner in the daily overall operations of the apartment community to ensure FPI is meeting the Client objectives and expectations.
- Oversee and exhibit closing ratios in regards phone and walk-in traffic per FPI policy.
- Ensure that all online marketing sources are updated (e.g., Craigslist) daily.
