- Description Adult Crisis Center- Part time Mental Health Clinician $1,000 sign on bonus When individuals experience a behavioral health crisis, they require a focused level of attention and care.
- As a Clinician with our Pathways Community Crisis Center of Southwest Idaho team, you will focus on de-escalation techniques, identify the client’s immediate needs and providing clinical treatment to facilitate them in discharging from the crisis center.
- The position works with adults to complete crisis and risk factor assessments, provide crisis counseling services, and conducting individual therapy.
- In addition, the Crisis Center Clinician will collaborate with treatment team members, create discharge/aftercare plans to ensure ongoing stabilization for clients leaving the crisis center, and be responsible for reporting legal, ethical or safety issues.
- The staff at our Community Crisis Center work as part of an interdisciplinary team focusing on crisis intervention skills to de-escalate, treat and stabilize behavioral health needs of individuals.
