- Establishes regular cadence of governance meeting with key system support administrators, business process owners, and business representatives.
- Minimum (3) three years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors domain or like systems and processes, implementing SuccessFactors modules or like systems and maintaining modules, including requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and final solution rollout and platform validation.
- Preferred certification designation(s): SAP SuccessFactors Associate, SAP SuccessFactors Professional, SuccessFactors certification a plus, PMP a plus.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules preferred, including Employee Central, PMPG, Talent Management / Succession, and LMS.
- Experience in managing deep integrations within the SAP SuccessFactors system
