Success is measured by the demonstration of the ability to independently lead a nursing center and by meeting all state-specific standards for licensure eligibility. Position Highlights <ul><li>Participate in task groups that have multi-site and/or company-wide impact.</li><li>Develop and execute special projects that add value to the nursing center.</li><li>Observe or fully contribute in all aspects of leading a nursing center such as family conferences, team meetings, new employee orientation, clinical care conferences, financial and labor management meetings, and so forth.</li><li>Provide center leadership with regular support, feedback and information regarding current nursing center operations and suggestions for improvement. </li></ul>Genesis HealthCare is a leading provider of healthcare services from short-term to long-term care and a wide variety of living options and professional clinical services.
