- These positions are located in Acadia National Park in the Facilities Division, you will interact with park managers, supervisors, and staff members on administrative matters including, financial tracking, coordinating and scheduling meetings and events, and providing guidance on issues like pay, leave, travel, and procurement.
- Monitors division expenses during the year and works with Budget Analyst to reconcile division accounts
- Serves as the primary timekeeper for the division and reviews time and attendance submission and assures it is correctly entered into the automated timekeeping system
- Appointment subject to background investigation and favorable adjudication.
- To receive credit for experience, your resume MUST clearly indicate the nature of the duties and responsibilities for each position, starting and ending dates of employment (month/year), and the resume must reflect full and/or part-time or total number of hours worked (i.e., work 40+ hours a week, rather than indicating full-time).
