- Duties and Responsibilities:Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director and Associate/Assistant Director, the Administrative Support Assistant II will provide overall office support to meet the operational needs of the Marilyn Magaram Center (MMC).
- Serve as the lead coordinator for operational duties including: staff and client scheduling, equipment purchasing/maintenance, shipment/inventory, creation/maintenance of office policies, onboarding/training employees, overseeing employee productivity/deadlines, and coordination of celebrations and events.
- This person will help the MMC achieve organizational efficiency by nurturing a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Qualifications:The equivalent of three years of full-time experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant, with general office clerical work that has provided the candidate with the knowledge of abilities listed.
- College education/vocational school training in business or related field may be substituted for up to two years of the required experience.
