- Under the direction of the Court Executive 2B (Family Division Manager) and/or Court Executive 1B (Assistant Family Division Manager) handle custody and parenting time and child welfare mediations; child support, domestic violence, and juvenile hearings.

- REMOTE WORK : The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings.
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a graduate degree or certification of advanced training in a behavioral or social science and completion of a recognized mediation training program consisting of 40 hours of instruction and Four years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: mediation, counseling, family intake, crisis intervention, custody/visitation dispute investigations and/or child support.
