- In this role, you will have the opportunity to support various county finance directors, county mayors, and our esteemed partners and Young in managing documentation for the Grant Management System Portal.
- Your responsibilities will include facilitating the smooth processing of procurement approvals, monitoring procurement progress, and generating weekly reports for our Local Health Infrastructure leadership team.
- Collaborate with counties and and Young to ensure efficient documentation upload and procurement approval processes.
- Maintain diligent tracking of procurement progress and provide regular updates to the Local Health Infrastructure leadership team.
- Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting procurement and invoice issues, working closely with the Local Health Infrastructure Project Admin-Lead to achieve timely resolutions.
