- The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative, scheduling, and customer service support to the Department, administrative staff, QM and clinical staff, to assure quality, efficient and cost effective services.
- Flexible working hours for 24/7 Respiratory Care Department.
- The job duties of the Administrative Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following: Serves as a resource for Senior Director, Unit Directors, Manager, QM and ED Educators.
- Facilitates payroll processes for clinical staff using KRONOS. Tracks clinical staff vacation time and enters hours into time/attendance system.
- Experience in emergency services or physician practice setting preferred.
