- The candidate for this role will need to assist the firm by helping run the day to day internal operations which will include organizing and ensuring proper completion of all client paperwork, as well as timely follow-up on client service issues, and performing various tasks as needed.
- There is a lot of upward mobility due to the fact that this is a growing Financial Planning Firm.
- Communicating to clients on phone and via email to address service issues as well as identify opportunities to help the firm grow
- Correspond with clients to complete new accounts, asset transfers, and other forms.
- Communicate with the back office and other agencies to complete new business and client requests in a timely manner.
