- Tri Pointe Homes Inland Empire is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as an Administrative Assistant.
- Receives, sorts, and delivers mail including certified mail and registered packages (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Tidy and maintain the lobby and conference rooms; knowledge of how to operate AV equipment.
- Minimum 2 years of prior administrative/front desk experience required in a fast-paced office
