- The Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the daily recording and close tracking of Stoneworks’ financial transactions such as purchase orders, invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable and project costs.
- The Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant will also work directly under the President of the company to offer support with day to day logistic tasks and help improve team efficiency by creating and maintaining filing systems both electronic and physical, writing and editing documents, preparing communications for the team and clients, scheduling and coordinating team meetings, answering the office phone, scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
