- We are actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and secretarial support including arranging meetings, conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects.
- Screen incoming calls, denote detailed messages, and transfer calls to appropriate staff members
- Maintain a neat and orderly office and reception area
- May be required to take mail to the post office using own vehicle
