- Support the regions progress in relation to meeting budget by ensuring proper accounting practices are performed.
- Responsible for following workflow policies and procedures associated with assigned work from Electrical Field Operations, Field Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, Meter Service, Customer Care, Projects, Labor and Emergency Response Team. Receive and respond to internal and external customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Investigate and analyze a variety of reports associated with Meter Service, Operations and Work Management requirements to meet goal initiatives.
- Gather, review, analyze, prepare and process comprehensive data for numerous record systems including but not limited to Work Management (Maximo), WMBS, C2, CACS, Fieldnet, ARCOS, Power Track, Workday, Workforce, Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
