- Description: Columbia College-Rolla seeks an in-seat Adjunct (part-time) Instructor to teach Calculus courses for our pre-engineering program.
- Ideal candidate will be able to teach Calculus I, II, and III. Course topics include: functions, limits, use of derivatives and integrals to solve practical problems, derivatives of exponential, hyperbolic, trigonometric functions and partial derivatives, two and three dimensional vectors, partial derivatives, multiple integrals, line and surface integrals.
- Qualifications: Minimum qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Mathematics or a master’s degree with at least 18 Graduate Hours in qualifying fields which provide a strong calculus foundation.
- Experience teaching calculus is preferred.
