- The Clinical Mental Health Counseling in the Department of Leadership and Professional Studies at Seattle University is inviting applications for part-time adjunct faculty to teach in multiple areas of our graduate degree programs in Counseling.
- Adjunct instructors may teach up to 12 credit hours per academic year (Fall, Winter, and Spring terms) plus up to 2 courses in the 8-week Summer term.
- At least two hours of office hours per class, per week are typical and grading of assignments in a timely manner are required.
- Qualifications The ideal candidate will have an PhD in Counseling and Counselor Education or related clinical field; however, the minimum requirement is a master’s degree and a professional practice license as a mental health clinician (LMHC preferred).
