- The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Leader is responsible for 50% direct service delivery as a mental health professional for persons served in the ACT program and 50% supervising the comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and service delivery for each ACT client and ensuring fidelity of the Core Services of an ACT team.
- Requires a master’s degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, nursing, or occupational therapy
- Kansas BSRB licensure preferred (LMSW, LSCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, etc.)
- Provide leadership, support and direction to the ACT team, which includes the roles of Program Assistant, Case Manager, Substance Use Counselor, Employment and Housing Specialist, Individual and Family Therapist, Peer Support Specialist and Psychiatric Nurse.
