- Position Summary: The ACCS Clinician works closely with program participants and outreach staff to facilitate individuals’ personal growth and recovery from mental health challenges.
- Collaborate with other service providers and DMH staff to coordinate treatment and case management of program participants Complete required paperwork within specified timeframes including, but not limited to: initial intakes, Comprehensive Assessments, Individual Action Plans (treatment plans), quarterly and annual reviews, Safety and Wellbeing-Check Plans, Risk Management Plans, Discharge Summaries.
- Provide ongoing training on evidence-based practices to all staff.
- Using a strengths-based, person-centered and trauma-informed approach, work with individuals to create a treatment plan, identifying specific goals, objectives, and interventions to guide service provision.
- Massachusetts clinical license or license-eligible required (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1, ABA, etc
