- The Accounting Clerk performs various clerical and routine accounting tasks in support of finance department, to include posting entries, verifying and reconciling input to financial reporting system output, processing payments, and/or assisting in preparation of billing and other financial reports.
- Two years of accounts payable/accounts receivable experience to include one year of payroll experience.
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid IVP fingerprint clearance card by the time of hire.
- Responsible for fixed assets and prepaid expenses
- Determines the daily cash balance
