- Assist the Accounting/Finance department with administrative activities.
- Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures, such as typing, bookkeeping, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
- Assist Controller with bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations and other light bookkeeping duties.
- Serve as a back-up resource for accounts payable clerk.
- Copy, scan, print, email and file documents in an organized and professional manner.
