- The Accounting Assistant is responsible for completing all accounts payable functions for MVH including data entry, importing and exporting of invoice and payment data, maintaining vendor files, issuing payments and 1099s to vendors, and filing of invoices.
- The Accounting Assistant also assists with payroll functions as assigned.
- This position also performs administrative duties such as weekly deposit logs, and maintaining petty cash and file retention records.
- This position is hybrid, with both on-site and remote opportunity.
