- Oversight and the management of all aspects of the purchasing card program, including system management, support users, set up cardholders, maintain MCC profiles, monitor transactions, review and monitor software integrations, and reconcile the purchasing card system transactions to the general ledger.
- Maintain the fixed asset records in the financial system, record additions, disposals, and adjustments; calculate and post monthly depreciation; and reconcile the fixed assets subledger to the general ledger.
