- We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service, strong attention to detail, and relationship building skills to join the Advocacy and Supervision department as an Account Supervision Specialist.
- Answer and problem solve incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail and occasionally in-person requests professionally and courteously including escalated requests
- Conduct research using multiple resources to provide financial professionals with accurate information regarding their inquiry or paperwork concerns
- Assist new and existing financial professionals with department processes, paperwork requirements and system navigation
- Conduct preliminary review of forms and follow-up regarding missing information with new and existing financial professionals
