- The Account Executive, Premium Sales and Services, plays a key role in providing best-in-class service to the premium seating members at Enmarket Arena.
- Serve as primary contact for premium member accounts and Enmarket Arena.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with premium clients, through phone calls, emails, in-seat visits at events, face-to-face appointments, and community networking events.
- Attends all Enmarket Arena events to further enhance and develop relationships with premium members.
- Responsible for all Group Sales efforts for events including but not limited to processing and mailing tickets, contracts, assist in updating and sending collateral, and follow-up of meetings.
