Goat Farming

Goat farming employers raise goats for agricultural production, including feeding, breeding or herd management, and maintaining pastures and housing. You may find roles like farmhand, herdsman, milking and care support, breeding/recordkeeping assistant, and equipment or facility maintenance positions. Expect hands-on, outdoor work with early starts, physical tasks, and seasonal demands around kidding and grazing; some farms may prefer basic animal-handling experience and on-the-job training.
