Provide home office technical assistance for country program M&E efforts, including direct support to and capacity-building of project M&E staff.
If the consultant is based in or near the URC headquarters, s/he may also be requested to participate in a limit number of in-person research team meetings.
One year working with computers or going for an undergraduate degree in IT or related major or equivalent work experience.
