Create an atmosphere within the Safety & Security Department that is supportive of the University of st francis and its goals
Provide leadership and management of all aspects of counseling services for students and the USF community including supervision of one full-time counselor;
Inform students of the steps in the career/life planning process and how various career center resources/programs can be used in that process
