T Transitions - Mental Health Association (TMHA) has a part-time position available for a Family Partner in San Luis Obispo.
The position will be based regionally as determined by the needs of the community and the location of related PEI or other mental health services.
Knowledge of mental illness treatment and medications, as well as related systems such as County Mental Health, Social Security, Vocational Rehabilitation etc.
The position is a leadership position on the Homeless Outreach Team and supervises the other Intensive Community Services program components.
