The attorney will work at our corporate headquarters in Costa Mesa, California, and take part in local meetings, trials and other legal proceedings, as needed.
One or more of the following credentials: law degree (JD, LLM); advanced tax degree/designation (Master of Taxation, LLM, CPA, EA, CFP); CFA
Candidates must be a member of the california Bar in good standing, should have solid academic credentials and must be an ABapproved law school graduate.
-The University Counsel will be assigned to an office practice team and will assume responsibility for assignments within that team function.
Collaborate with other Practice Groups to ensure that attorneys are up-to-date on the most comprehensive legal and business know-how available.
