We look for applicants who have a great political sense and knowledge of politicians, political parties, outside groups, and the legislative process.
What we would be excited to see Electoral campaign experience, and specifically experience with political data, is not required, but is definitely a plus.
The Tech team works closely with campaigns up and down the ballot to provide them the tools and data they need to win.
