Our team will work with you to be sure that the needs, preferences and choices of the person who comes to live with you can be supported successfully.
Upon approval to provide services, Support Solutions will assign team members who will work to make the match for you and your new family member(s).
This position will also ensure that staff supporting individuals in the work place is job coach trained and that coverage is done efficiently.
The person serving in this position will be required to work all shifts and will be available to work only for Support Solutions.
For Support Solutions the Program Manager is critical to our success and exemplifies the wonderful mission driven work we do every day.
